Job Description

Nurse Resident position at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center. Newly Licensed Registered Nurse providing high-quality care. Must have Diploma, ADN, or BSN and pass state board exam. $15,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time, 36 hours per week. Transition to Staff RN after one year. Must complete orientation before covering unit or being a charge nurse. Salary $37.50 – $53.06 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
