The New Graduate Registered Nurse position offers a one-year Nurse Residency Program focusing on Clinical Leadership, Patient Safety, and the Professional Role. Responsibilities include delegation, supervision, and provision of nursing care, as well as participation in research. Qualifications include RN licensure in Illinois and BLS/CPR certification. Must have physical capabilities for patient care duties and be able to withstand standing for prolonged periods. Environmental conditions may include exposure to hazardous materials.
