Job Description
The Clinician II collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across the clinic setting.
Responsible for managing wellness and chronic illness activities for the patient population, with success measured by outcome performance metrics.
Acts as a clinical leader by utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to promote positive clinical outcomes.
Requirements include RN licensure in New Mexico, BLS certification, and preferred BSN.
Must have effective communication, teaching skills, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience.
Supervises daily activities of medical assistants, supports staff orientation, and provides feedback for performance evaluations.
Works in a demanding environment with physical requirements such as lifting, prolonged standing, and exposure to clinical hazards.
