This Primary Care Clinician nurse collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care across the clinic setting.
Responsible for coordinating patient wellness and chronic illness activities for the entire patient population.
Success is measured by outcomes like patient satisfaction, clinic quality metrics, and population health results.
Acts in a clinical leadership role with critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure positive care outcomes.
Requires RN licensure in New Mexico, BLS certification, and a minimum of one year clinical experience.
Preferably holds a BSN and demonstrates effective communication, teaching, and coordination skills.
Supervises daily clinical support staff and ensures timely orientation and performance evaluations.
Able to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and working under stressful or irregular hours in a clinical environment.
