Job Description
The PHP Clinician conducts patient evaluations, intake assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for addiction and mental health cases.
Provides crisis management, case management, and ensures compliance with payer requirements through documentation and reviews.
Participates in continuing education, supervision, and community outreach activities.
Serves as a mentor to interns and students, maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.
Minimum requirements include a Master’s degree in counseling, 1-2 years of supervised experience, familiarity with technology, and preferred licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
