Full-time opportunity for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Spine & Pain Management. Requirements: Board Certified, GA license, previous Pain Management experience preferred, open to new grads. Duties: Follow-up visits for chronic pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, joint injections, and trigger point injections. Patient population 18+. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; no call.
