Job Description
Seeking a passionate Clinical Therapist to provide services to youth in the Crossroads Program, a juvenile diversion initiative.
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for young clients.
Deliver individual, family, and group counseling, both onsite and in the community.
Collaborate with court staff and community agencies.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team activities.
Work primarily on a second-shift schedule with flexible hours.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling, valid Ohio LSW or LPC, and strong clinical skills.
