Job Description

Seeking a passionate Clinical Therapist to provide services to youth in the Crossroads Program, a juvenile diversion initiative.

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for young clients.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group counseling, both onsite and in the community.
  • Collaborate with court staff and community agencies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team activities.
  • Work primarily on a second-shift schedule with flexible hours.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling, valid Ohio LSW or LPC, and strong clinical skills.
