Job Description

The Registered Nurse coordinates patient care tailored to the age group served, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality delivery aligned with organizational standards.

  • Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license (NM or compact state).
  • BLS certification needed within 2 weeks; other certifications within 6 months of hire.
  • Must possess current knowledge of patient age-specific needs, effective communication, and respect for patient rights.
  • Reports to the Patient Care Director or Manager.
  • Works in a clean, well-lit environment, handling emergencies and adapting to varied schedules.
  • Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and fine motor skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations.
