Job Title: Lead Physical Therapist
Report To: Regional Physical Therapy Director
Job Type: FTE
Pay Range: $85k-$120k
Work Location: NW Cornell Rd, Portland, Oregon 97229
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide individualized patient care based on best evidence.
Ensure excellent patient care and clinical outcomes for staff.
Consult with health professionals for treatment plans.
Maintain accurate documentation via EMR software.
Collaborate effectively with support staff and therapists.
Participate in clinic growth through marketing and local events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Oregon Physical Therapy license in good standing.
Advanced certification preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in technology and time management.
Team player, motivated, and punctual.

License/Certification:
