Job Title: Physical Therapy Clinic Director
Location: Portland, Oregon 97223 – 97229
Pay: $90k-$120k+ (negotiable)
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Ensure excellent patient care and clinical outcomes.
Manage daily operations and staff, including scheduling and training.
Collaborate to improve clinic processes and patient care quality.
Mentor Physical Therapists and Aides.
Assist in marketing and manage clinic costs and compliance.
Consult with health professionals for treatment plans.
Qualifications:
2+ years outpatient orthopedic experience.
Excellent manual therapy and communication skills.
Management experience preferred; mentoring available.
Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
