The PTA at Payson Care Center provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed PT. Requirements include ASPT graduate, state license, CPR certification, and 1 year of experience in post-acute care. Job duties involve following treatment plans, charting, using therapy software, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating in an interdisciplinary team. Other responsibilities include maintaining professional relationships, adhering to company policies, and ensuring patient safety and sanitation.
