Job Description

Salary: $36.00 – $48.32/hour. Lead Resident Care Supervisor (RN) responsible for clinical oversight and coordination of NYS Licensed Home Care Services Agency/Assisted Living Program. Duties include UAS assessment, coordination of ALP program requirements, participation in pre-admission interviews, completion of mental health evaluations, maintenance of up-to-date care plans, adherence to State and Federal Regulations, supervision of nursing care services and staff, participation in Quality Improvement programs, and more. Qualifications include Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, valid NY State RN License, minimum 3 years nursing experience, UAS assessor certification, proficiency in computer applications, excellent communication skills, leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service skills.
