Preschool Speech Language Pathologist

*Exciting Opportunity!*

New York Therapy Placement Services has exciting opportunities for dedicated pediatric Speech Language Pathologists to join our team of preschool providers.

*Current needs are for daytime hours through 3 PM from Monday -Friday:*

*1. Head Start in Ronkonkoma – 4 children need speech *

*2. Head Start in Amityville- 2 x 30 weekly for 6 Preschool Children *

*3. UPK Port Jeff Station area- 9 preschool children *

*4-CPSE students in homes/schools in Port Jeff, Setauket, 3-Village area*

*5-UPK/Head Start/Homes: 7 children in Patchogue area *

Ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children. He/she will provide services and evaluations for children from 3 through 5 years old. The mission of our agency is to support families and children with obtaining high quality services to achieve their fullest potential!

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
* Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans
* Provide treatment sessions in a supportive and engaging environment.
* Collaborate with families and other professionals to enhance each child’s development.
* Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:
* Valid NYS License /certification in Speech Language Pathology
* Current TSSLD/TSSH Certificate
* Experience working with young children, particularly in EI or CPSE settings, is a plus.
* Experience Implementing IEP goals and objectives related to Speech Therapy
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for helping children reach their developmental goals.

Pay: $68.00 – $76.00 per hour
