Join our team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with flexible, hybrid work options. We are a pediatric therapy organization focused on supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities.

Position Overview:

  • Evaluate clients’ needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Conduct parent training and collaborate with other therapy disciplines.

Compensation:

  • Full-Time: $85,000 – $95,000 annually.
  • Part-Time: $75/hour (approx. 20 hours weekly).

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification and AZ LBA license required.
  • Experience with children with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
