Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: Provides behavioral health clinical services in various settings, including hospitals and outpatient offices.

  • EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling required.

  • CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Provisional LMSW or LMHC license in New Mexico; BLS certification within 6 months.

  • SKILLS: Strong communication, advanced assessment, crisis intervention, and ability to coordinate interdisciplinary treatment.

  • EXPERIENCE: Preferred experience in a human services agency.

  • ENVIRONMENT: Exposure to infectious diseases; requires physical and emotional resilience.

  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to handle crisis situations and perform physical tasks related to patient care.
