Job Description

Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Hospital Services team in a 36hr/week (0.9 FTE), day shift position.
This position will work 3 x 12 Sunday through Saturday 0600 – 1830
Purpose
The Hospital Services RN works with all contracted hospitals, as needed. A RN manages acute hemodialysis and related treatments at our client hospitals, providing treatments and excellent patient relations to the patients, charge/staff nurses, nephrologists and other physicians charged with the overall care for patients within a facility.
Shift: 0600 – 1830 (12 hour shift), 72+ hours per two weeks (pay period), Sun-Sat.
Required qualifications
Current Registered Nurse license in Washington state
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
Preferred qualifications-
Equivalent to one year previous critical care clinical experience and/or one year dialysis experience with progressive clinical responsibilities

Paid Time Off will accrue for personal time and 8 Holidays. PTO will accrue bi-weekly and will be pro-rated based on the number of regularly scheduled hours (FTE). The accrual rate will be 7.39 hours each bi-weekly pay period for staff.

This position is eligible for an evening shift premium of $2.50/hour.
This position is eligible for a night shift premium of $3.60/hour.
This position is eligible for a weekend premium of $4.00/hour.
