Job Description
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for managing patient care outcomes, working within an interdisciplinary team, supervising assistants, and ensuring cost-effective treatment. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or related field, relevant professional experience, and active licensure in the state of employment. The PT should have knowledge of managing rehabilitation personnel, long-term care facilities, cost and productivity, outpatient settings, and regulatory guidelines.
