Offering up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus for the Assistant Director of Rehab (PT, OT, or SLP required). This role supports leadership growth in a collaborative environment with in-house rehab programs.
Assist the Director of Rehabilitation Services in managing physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments.
Active state license and supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities include patient liaison, staff recruitment, program development, and clinical oversight.
Must maintain confidentiality, adhere to company policies, and demonstrate professionalism.
Essential functions include providing therapy, maintaining staffing patterns, and ensuring excellent customer service.
