Job Description
This nursing role involves triaging calls, coordinating care, and scheduling appointments as part of a healthcare team.
Responsibilities include analyzing patient information, counseling, referring to providers or urgent care, and processing referrals and demographics.
Provides patient education, answers clinical questions, and supports quality improvement efforts.
Acts as a patient advocate, respecting rights and offering psychosocial support, applying growth and development knowledge.
Enters data into electronic medical records and may process medication refills.
Requires a nursing degree (BS RN preferred), 4 years of varied nursing experience, licensure as an RN in Virginia, and strong communication skills.
