Job Description

As an Adult Therapist, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide individual and group therapy to adults.

  • Conduct assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy, facilitate skill-building, and promote peer support.
  • Coordinate care with team members, monitor progress, and document outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention, client and family education, and community resource linkage.
  • Maintain clinical records, participate in team meetings, and contribute to program development.
  • Work within licensing scope, stay current with mental health research, and engage in outreach and training.
  • Qualifications include a master’s degree, relevant licensure, and experience working with diverse clients. Strong communication, empathy, and knowledge of therapeutic modalities are essential.
