Job Description
As an Adult Therapist, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide individual and group therapy to adults.
Conduct assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
Deliver individual and group therapy, facilitate skill-building, and promote peer support.
Coordinate care with team members, monitor progress, and document outcomes.
Provide crisis intervention, client and family education, and community resource linkage.
Maintain clinical records, participate in team meetings, and contribute to program development.
Work within licensing scope, stay current with mental health research, and engage in outreach and training.
Qualifications include a master’s degree, relevant licensure, and experience working with diverse clients. Strong communication, empathy, and knowledge of therapeutic modalities are essential.
