Job Description

Are you passionate about helping adolescents struggling with addiction? Join our team as an Outpatient Addictions Counselor and make a positive community impact.

  • Provide comprehensive counseling to adolescents through assessments, personalized treatment plans, and individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team and community partners to support client recovery and community integration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality assurance activities.
  • Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in human services, Iowa Substance Abuse Counselor Certification, and at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred candidates have a Master’s degree and experience working with adolescents and families.
