RN Manager | Skilled Nursing | Raybrook
Holland Home of Grand Rapids is excited to announce an opening for a full-time, Registered Nurse Manager to join our management team at the Raybrook Manor campus, a prestigious 5-star Skilled Nursing Facility.
Our beautiful Raybrook Campus features two floors, each accommodating 50 residents, located at the intersection of Burton Street and the East Beltline. The facility offers a balanced mix of long-term care and rehabilitation on one floor, alongside late-stage memory care on the other.
Our dedicated team of Nurse Managers oversee daily operations and personnel within Raybrook Skilled Nursing, ensuring high-quality resident care while adhering to federal and state regulations and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with fellow RN Unit Managers to oversee daily operations and the care team.
Supervise and coordinate care for approximately 25 residents.
Assist with timely MDS assessments.
Participate in the manager-on-call rotation.

Schedule: Week 1: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri | Week 2: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri
Starting Salary Range: $65,361 – $77,176 annually; working 4 days per week
Overall Salary Range: $65,361 – $83,100 annually; working 4 days per week
Qualifications and Requirements:
Current and valid MI RN license.
Minimum of 1 year of management experience.
At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation settings.
CPR certification required.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Matrix EMR.
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach
