About Pacific Pediatrics
Pacific Pediatrics, part of the Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic network, is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to children in the Woodburn community. Our clinic offers a range of services, including pediatric care, behavioral health, nutritional guidance, and access to pharmacy services. We pride ourselves on our friendly, bilingual staff and our commitment to accessible, high-quality care for all families.
We are looking for someone who:
Can communicate in English and Spanish
Has previous pediatric nursing experience and is comfortable working with pediatric patients (0-21 years old)
Has previous experience as a lead or supervisor
Has strong leadership and communication skills
Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment & can multi-task
Is committed to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care
Position Highlights:
$44.11-$54.03/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
$7,500 sign-on bonus & $2,000 bonus at 12-months
Additional 4% differential for your bilingual skills
Up to $10,000 relocation allowance for candidates relocating more than 50 miles!
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

What You’ll Do:
Care for the pediatric community in Woodburn and surrounding communities
Support staff growth by identifying training needs and creating action plans
Participate in recruitment, conduct orientations, and manage workflow
Provide patient care, document health history, and assist in procedures and treatments
Communicate with patients about medications and educate them on care plans
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
Communicate with insurance companies and managed care plans as directed
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing
One year’s experience as a Registered Nurse is required
Oregon State RN license or ability to obtain one; if you are in a NLC state, the following requirements apply:
Must submit proof of license in state of residence.
Must submit proof of completion for the required suicide prevention training during 1st week of onboarding.
Military Nurses are not required to obtain a NLC
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 90 days of hire; ACLS & PALS are preferred
