Cerner & paper charting Level II All ages, but very sick pediatrics are usually shipped to another facility as their hospital is not equipped to handle these patients. NBCRNA – Required BLS & ACLS – Required IA License – Highly Preferred DEA and CSR- Highly Preferred Clean record/license needed for quick credentialing – Required Dates provider can cover – Required at name clear Provider is available for full week of M-F, note what shifts provider is interested in – Required at name clear Local Candidates – Strongly Preferred Covid Vaccination: Required at time of name clear
