Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Description

Join our team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus! Enjoy a full-time, flexible schedule with no weekends or travel required. You will evaluate clients, develop therapy plans, supervise BTs and RBTs, and collaborate with other disciplines.

Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 annually, DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized therapy plans
• Supervise and support BTs and RBTs
• Conduct parent training and oversee client progress
• Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with other therapists

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification and AZ LBA license
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
