Job Announcement: Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker

Union Category: IX | FTE: Full Time | Location: Duluth, MN | Salary: $15.59 – $19.75 (Dependent upon Experience) | Benefit Eligible: Yes

Summary: The Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker will provide services for adults with mental illness, focusing on ARMHS. Responsibilities include client engagement, assessment data collection, service coordination, skill teaching, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.

Duties:

  • Engage clients and initiate services.
  • Assist in assessments and treatment planning.
  • Coordinate services across various needs.
  • Teach coping and living skills.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and collaborate with providers.

    • Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience or education.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
  • Pass a DMV/Criminal background check.

    • Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of community resources.
  • Effective time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with diverse populations and crisis intervention.
