Job Description
	The LPN/LVN provides nursing care to terminally ill patients, following the plan of care and state regulations.  
Administers bedside nursing care and evaluates patient/family needs.
Performs treatments and medication administration under RN supervision.
Monitors patient reactions and documents findings.
Maintains a safe environment and assists in interdisciplinary care planning.
Establishes therapeutic relationships and participates in patient/family education.
Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program, licensed in the state, and have at least one year of nursing experience.
Flexible schedule required, including on-call duties.
