Job Title: RN/LPN Evening Shift Monday thru Friday – St. Charles, MO (No Weekends)

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) *for the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work required.* Join a team where making a difference in the lives of seniors is more than a job—it’s a calling.

*Position Highlights:*
This opportunity provides a consistent schedule and work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in our Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care units. You’ll provide exceptional patient care and assume a leadership role to support facility operations and staff.

Pay Range:

$34.00-$45 (includes shift differentials)

Pay range also depends on years of experience and whether you are a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.

*Schedule:*

· Monday through Friday

· 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

· No weekends

*RN & LPN Key Responsibilities:*

· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

· Monitor patient health and document progress.

· Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring personalized and compassionate care.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during care planning meetings.

· Provide supervision, guidance, and support to nursing assistants and support staff.

*RN & LPN Qualifications:*

· Active RN or LPN license (unencumbered).

· Previous experience in a long-term healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.

· Passion for working with senior residents.
