Job Description
Currently hiring part-time LPNs for our skilled nursing department to perform direct resident care within their scope of practice.
Responsibilities include conducting resident assessments, monitoring health status, administering medications, and responding to emergencies.
Must have a valid Illinois LPN license, graduation from an accredited program, at least 2 years of long-term care experience, and a current CPR card.
All activities must adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, policies, and procedures.
