Job Description
The Clinician II MA (Inpatient) provides psychotherapeutic services, including group therapy, treatment planning, psychosocial assessments, and family sessions, to adolescents and adults with mental health and co-occurring conditions.
Responsibilities include completing psychosocial assessments within 72 hours of admission, documenting treatment progress, facilitating psychoeducational groups, and ensuring compliance with treatment plans.
Must hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, with at least one year of behavioral health experience and active licensure or registration (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
Requires CPR certification, verbal de-escalation training, and proficiency in communication, organization, and teamwork.
Physical requirements include use of standard office equipment and the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, lifting up to 10 pounds, and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
