Job Description

We are seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to provide mental health treatment to children and adults in Southern-Central Vermont.

  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans focused on emotional regulation, relationship repair, and community support.
  • Maintain accurate client records and facilitate referrals as needed.
  • Administer assessments and screenings, and clearly communicate the social work role within healthcare teams.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services and active licensure (e.g., LMHC, LICSW).
  • Must demonstrate empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with electronic medical records.
