Job Description
We are seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to provide mental health treatment to children and adults in Southern-Central Vermont.
Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans focused on emotional regulation, relationship repair, and community support.
Maintain accurate client records and facilitate referrals as needed.
Administer assessments and screenings, and clearly communicate the social work role within healthcare teams.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services and active licensure (e.g., LMHC, LICSW).
Must demonstrate empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with electronic medical records.
