Job Description
	This RN position involves coordinating and supervising direct patient care and program implementation for residents in acute and residential mental health and substance abuse programs. 
Works with diverse populations, including chemical dependency, acute adults, and children, providing compassionate care, safety, and crisis management. 
Assess patients’ needs, deliver quality nursing care per treatment teams, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment. 
Requires lifting up to 50 pounds, physical mobility, CPR/first aid skills, and flexibility to work rotating shifts. 
Must have Colorado RN license; preferred experience in psychiatric nursing, medication management, and therapeutic relationships.
