Job Description
The RN II is responsible for delivering quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, evaluation, and documentation, ensuring effective communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
Responsibilities include patient teaching, safety initiatives, and supporting health team activities while maintaining professional standards.
Requires an Associates Degree in Nursing, with a BSN preferred, and an active RN license with BLS certification; relevant specialty certifications are advantageous.
Must complete yearly competencies, participate in department initiatives, and submit an annual portfolio.
Minimum experience includes 1872 hours (936 with BSN); physical and communication requirements apply.
