Job Description
	We are seeking a passionate RN with leadership skills to mentor and develop new team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.  
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality resident care, effective communication with healthcare teams and families, and utilizing current nursing practices to ensure outcomes-focused care. 
 
Requirements include an active RN license, a BSN or equivalent experience, and ability to work in various shifts.
