Job Description
The Physical Therapist provides ethical, cost-effective care across inpatient, outpatient, or home health settings, adhering to licensing, safety, and patient-specific needs.
Responsibilities include interpreting referrals, evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, coordinating with the clinical team, and supervising assistants.
In rehab, delivers skilled interventions, documents outcomes, and ensures safety based on age and cultural factors.
In home health, plans and reassesses treatments, maintaining timely documentation.
Requires licensure in Oklahoma, BLS/CPR certification, effective communication, and relevant experience; aquatic roles need water safety certification, and specialized roles may require additional credentials.
Position involves physical demands, possible exposure to hazards, and requires a valid Oklahoma driver’s license for resource pool roles.
