Job Description

The Physical Therapist provides ethical, cost-effective care across inpatient, outpatient, or home health settings, adhering to licensing, safety, and patient-specific needs.

  • Responsibilities include interpreting referrals, evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, coordinating with the clinical team, and supervising assistants.
  • In rehab, delivers skilled interventions, documents outcomes, and ensures safety based on age and cultural factors.
  • In home health, plans and reassesses treatments, maintaining timely documentation.
  • Requires licensure in Oklahoma, BLS/CPR certification, effective communication, and relevant experience; aquatic roles need water safety certification, and specialized roles may require additional credentials.
  • Position involves physical demands, possible exposure to hazards, and requires a valid Oklahoma driver’s license for resource pool roles.
