Job Description
Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a busy, collaborative team dedicated to patient-centered care in a geriatric rehab setting.
Requirements include a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, current state license, and preferably experience in geriatric rehabilitation.
Responsibilities involve conducting evaluations, developing personalized therapy plans, delivering and adjusting treatments, and ensuring proper documentation and coordination with physicians.
