Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides essential nursing support in a physician practice or clinic setting under provider supervision.

  • Responsibilities include patient assessments, preparing patients for exams, administering medications and injections, maintaining a clean and stocked work environment, documenting in electronic medical records, providing patient education, and assisting with referrals and lab procedures.
  • Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program or eligibility to sit for the Virginia licensure exam, at least one year of office experience preferred, current Virginia LPN licensure, BLS certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Candidates must be customer-focused, professional, and proficient with electronic medical systems. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime hours.
