Job Description
The RN II provides comprehensive patient care by performing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring quality communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
Responsibilities include directing patient teaching, safety initiatives, and supporting health team activities while maintaining nursing standards.
Requires Associates Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), valid RN license, BLS certification, and relevant experience (minimum hours specified).
Completes annual competencies, participates in unit initiatives, peer reviews, and professional development activities.
Must be competent in caring for diverse patient populations and utilizing the nursing process.
