Job Description

The Float Pool Clinical RN at ThedaCare will float between various sites, providing care in Med/Surg departments and skilled care. The schedule includes day and night shifts with weekend rotations, shift differentials, and incentive pay. The role involves utilizing the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and specific competencies to assess patients’ needs, collaborating with the interprofessional team, and improving patient care processes. Qualifications include current Wisconsin RN licensure, BSN or commitment to obtain within five years, and BLS certification. The job requires physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to blood borne pathogens. The work environment involves frequent exposure to sharp objects, occasional exposure to various hazards, and use of computers throughout the day. The position is located at ThedaCare Corporate Office in Neenah, Wisconsin.
