Job Description

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the assigned setting, collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes. Delivers high-quality care with critical thinking, compassion, and integrity. Performs nursing duties, patient education, and prioritization. Assesses patients, administers medications, provides age-appropriate care, and communicates effectively. Promotes patient safety, addresses psychosocial needs, and practices cost-effective care. Requires RN licensure, BLS certification, computer literacy, and ongoing professional development.
