Guthrie Cortland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care in their 80-bed nursing and rehabilitation center in Cortland, NY. The job offers up to $50,000 sign-on bonus, medical and dental insurance, generous PTO, relocation assistance, tuition reimbursement, shift differentials, retirement plan, and more. The RN will be responsible for patient care delivery, assessment, monitoring, medication administration, patient and family education, discharge planning, assisting providers, equipment use, nursing clinical skills, emergency preparedness, documentation, nursing promotion, infection control, utilizing nursing process, participation in clinical learning experiences, continuum of care, and other assigned duties. The pay range is $37.50 – $53.06 per hour. Full-time position.
