Job Description

Physical Therapist job primarily responsible for delivering physical therapy care to assigned patient population, recording care in medical record, acting as consultant, providing instruction, and rotating through clinical service areas. Requirements include Virginia Physical Therapist license, up to 2 years of experience, and graduate of accredited School of Physical Therapy. Preferred qualifications include previous similar facility experience and Master’s/Doctoral degree. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, care plan implementation, discharge planning, and representing department at rounds and conferences.
