Job Description
Join a compassionate team as a Full-Time Overnight Registered Nurse (RN) dedicated to providing nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. Responsibilities include:
Assessing, communicating, and documenting residents’ health status.
Reporting significant changes to the care team.
Supervising Resident Care Assistants and mentoring Lead Assistants.
Coordinating care with community providers.
Preventing elder abuse and responding to emergencies.
Requirements:
Available for overnight shifts (11pm-7am).
Current RN license and CPR certification.
1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially with the elderly.
