Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Description

We are expanding our team and seeking energetic individuals to enhance the lives of those with autism as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Candidates will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, following structured programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Responsibilities include collecting data, addressing client behaviors, and collaborating with clinical teams. A 40-hour paid training is required, and RBT certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and 18 years old.
• Experience with autism preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and background checks required.
