A husband and wife PT and OT team founded a practice focused on providing autonomy and support for therapists. They emphasize high-quality care and open communication, allowing therapists to make a meaningful impact in their communities.

Occupational Therapists will work with geriatric and/or pediatric patients in their homes, benefiting from a structured mentorship program. The practice values strong communication, compassion, and a commitment to helping patients reach their potential.

Qualifications include:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • NY State Occupational Therapy License
  • Compassionate approach to geriatric and/or pediatric populations
  • Ability to travel to patients’ homes
  • Timely documentation submission
