We are seeking a full-time Supervising Physical Therapist for our skilled nursing facilities in State College and Orbisonia, with flexible hours (30-40 hours) or part-time options (15-29 hours).

  • Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, educating patients and families, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining patient records.
  • Preferred experience in geriatrics, acute care, or inpatient settings, along with familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
