Job Description

Registered Nurse responsible for providing nursing care to assigned patients, adhering to evidence-based practices and organizational policies. Expected to practice autonomously within professional standards and state regulations. Duties include:

  • Performing nursing assessments and delivering age-appropriate care.
  • Delegating care to nursing team members based on licensure and scope of practice.
  • Documenting accurately in electronic medical records.
  • Maintaining clinical knowledge and competency.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Serving as a mentor and resource for peers and students.

    • Requirements include an Associate’s degree in Nursing, valid RN licensure, and AHA BLS certification. Full-time position with day shifts, no on-call or weekend requirements.
