Join a compassionate team as a Full-Time Overnight Registered Nurse (RN) dedicated to providing nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing, communicating, and documenting residents’ health status.
• Reporting significant changes to the care team.
• Supervising Resident Care Assistants and mentoring Lead Assistants.
• Coordinating care with community providers.
