Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Supervising Physical Therapist for our skilled nursing facilities in State College and Orbisonia, with flexible hours (30-40 hours) or part-time options (15-29 hours).

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility and relieve pain.
  • Educate patients and families on self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
  • Maintain detailed patient records.

    • Experience in geriatrics or acute care preferred. Must have a Physical Therapy License. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off. Work location is in-person in State College, PA.
