Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time LPN for a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 8-4:30. This role offers a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $3,000.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering and recording vaccines.
  • Documenting patient interactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing patients for visits and obtaining specimens as directed.
  • Performing clinical procedures and processing prescriptions.
  • Discussing test results with patients per provider’s instructions.

    • Annual salary ranges from $21.75 to $31.00, with a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must have a valid NYS LPN license and relevant experience.
